I have a bad back. To keep comfortable, I sit on a physioball, or ball chair, most of the time. When I travel, I take this cushion along so I can continue to sit and do physical therapy on my back at the same time! I like the product, although it has a suntan lotion type odor that I don't especially enjoy. The vendor was a bit slow, but no complaints. You do need to have an inflator for physioball products....I also stand on it. Don't try it without a chair back to hang onto!
