I bought the FitBall disk to use at work instead of a ballchair. I have a ball chair at home and didn't want the expense of purchasing another. I have to say I like this just as much if not better than my ball chair --plus it doesn't look as funny:)
I use the disc off and on several times a day to give my body better posture. My officemate, with terrible bursitis, tried it and loved it! She is going to get one because it really helped relieve her pain.
