I purchased four Seating Discs for my quilting friends and myself. We used them for a weekend retreat and everyone loved them. They are comfortable, easy on the back and it's nice to know that our core muscles are getting strengthened as we sit.
The disc is easy to blow up (with your own breath) for more firmness and the plug can be removed easily while sitting on it to adjust the amount of air to make it softer.
I have used it to add more cushion to a seat or more height for a project, or eating, at different tables.
Great product! I will purchase more for friends and family.
