This is crappiest pump. Thanks a lot Fitball! I may as well have bought my own. It took FOREVER to make any difference in the aerobic ball at all (was still pretty flat after 45 minutes of pumping -- yes, I was doing it correctly!) After that, it just broke. The rubber seal on this pump tries to pull out when trying to air up various items. The rubber seal then begins to flare and won't hold the air in the chamber to put in the item you want aired up.Product Review: don't bother buying

The ball is great but don't bother buying the pump. It should come with a straw like item to blow up with your mouth and then you put the plug in. If it doesnt then just use a small straw or coffee straw. Don't waste your money on the pump. You don't want it rock hard anyway.
