Allegro Medical took their time processing my request and shipping the item out. I wish I just went to a store like Sports Authority to buy this item. The wait wasn't worth it. My intent was to use this as a cushion at work. I haven't used it yet because it is not deflatable.Product Review: Sciatica Pain Relief

I purchased the fit ball after using one in physical therapy. I could not find one at any local store. It helped my sciatica problem, but also it seemed to help the muscles in a leg that was weak. It is the one piece of exercise equipment that I actually use. I find it fun to do before I start my other exercises, too. I can store it in a little space right in my living room, so it is there when I want it. It is a good quality item.
My uncle was having muscle weakness in his legs, so I purchased one for him, too. I haven't heard what he thinks of it yet.

Not as close to using a fitness ball as i had hoped. I bought this cause my chiropracter said it's like sitting on a ball while i'm at work so it will help with my core. the thing is really uncomfortable to sit on and doesnt help. I ended up buying an exercise ball to sit on at work.Product Review: not happy

FitBall Balance Disc #FBBD
No instructions included with the item. However, plenty of disclaimer information was included in the package. Phoned the company and the associate with whom I spoke was helpful but indicated there are no written instructions for inlating or using the item. I then took the item to my physical therapist who had the proper pump for inflating the item. The therapist was unable to inflate it. Unhappily, I am returning the item to The Therapy Connection at HPMS.
