Customer Review: Good concept but needs improvement

I bought this product for my kids (5 and 6 yrs. old) for their school snack (fruits, veggies). They complained that the cap was a little too tough for them to open. The hinges (don't know how to call it) on one of the container caps is too lose that the ice pack keeps falling. On another container it was too tight I had to push it a little bit to make the ice pack fit. It fell off after 2 days. I could still use it for storing other snack foods. You can trust these containers to hold snacks with a little juice because it doesn't spill. Maybe the manufacturers can improve on holding the ice-pack to the lid.
