On a daily basis I use my Braun hand mixer to fix my smoothies in the morning. While visiting my daughter in California, I asked if she had one, I had forgotten to pack mine. When she brought out the Fit and Fresh Portable Drink mixer, I thought, "Oh great this will never work." Well, I was very WRONG, it's the greatest! I have since purchased two for my travels. It's small, compact and light weight, but very powerful. Since it uses 2 AA batteries it's even better for traveling, you don't have to worry about wattage. I can't say enough about it. I would recommend this to everyone who travels and likes to make their own smoothie in their room, or even at the table for that matter. It's great! It fits in your purse if you want to carry it around with you all day.

What a joke - this product didn't work at all. I tried three sets of batteries and confirmed that they were installed correctly. It costs more to return the item than to just throw it away. Makes me so mad - I needed this item for a 9-day trip I'm leaving on in two days. Now I guess I get to go shopping tomorrow on top of everything else I need to do. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!! This mixer is much better than the mixer from Baby R US or BuyBuy Baby. The other mixer wouldn't able to handle the thickener added to my baby's formula. This mixer is powerful enough where I can just add 8oz of milk with the thickener and it mixed thing up pretty well.
