I bought this product for my daughter to use to take her hot lunches to school. Her first day back to school was today Monday 16. I sent her to school with some mac and cheese and a piece of chicken,I microwave the food in bowl with the lid off then closed it. My daughter got to school today and was not able to eat her lunch due to the fact the bowl will not open. She had to go without lunch today. I had several people try to open the bowl and it still cannot open. I put it in warm water, in cold water as I am writing this review the bowl still cannot open. I have to throw the darn thing away
