Initially we bought the Medela ice pack to keep the expressed breastmilk cold while we're out but that sucker was like $8. I found Fit & Fresh and you get four ice packs for almost half the price of what I paid for the Medela one. I can sandwich the bottles between two of the ice packs and I have two more spares that I can use to switch out or for other stuff. I thought these would be flimsy since they're so cheap but I'm very happy with the quality (and quantity)
