I purchased a set of these to give to family "athletes". The clever design appealed to me.
I found the shaker capacity to be less than I had expected: 12 oz. of liquid with 2 oz. of protein powder (incl. ice wand & agitator). I was able to fill it with 16 oz. of plain water without the ice wand & agitator.
I am also a bit disappointed in the lack of wall thickness/lack of insulating properties that the shaker displays. One can bet it will sweat!
I filled one with water, made reasonably certain that it was sealed, and shook it vigorously--no leaks.
Again, a clever design but can use improvement(s).

I workout every day but I leave home so early that this is the best way to take my protein shake with me, chilled until I want to drink it! besides having where to keep the formula in the storage comp. and not havgin to use ziploc's or something like that... THANKS!Product Review: Good cup
