A girlfriend recommended the Finishing Touch Lumina Lighted Hair Remover.
1. The light never worked.
2. It 'buzzed' for a few seconds, then went dead.
Waste of Review: Why is it so "noisy"?
Summary: 3 Stars The Lumina Hair Remover gives a smooth shave. I use it on the face for hair removal and it's an excellent nose hair shaver also. It doesn't catch the skin as you glide it over the face like another brand I had. The main problem is the noise. My other small shaver was silent. The Lumina rattles and clicks and it's very annoying. I don't know if it's supposed to sound like that or if it's a defect. How would I know?

It works well on the face and the hair does not grow back thicker. I use it on my upper lip. The down side is that it doesn't get a close enough shave, so you feel the stubble right after using it.Product Review: Works As Advertised

This works great on fine hair like your arms and shoulders. I tried this on my bikini area with bad results. It pulled hair, made little red razor bumps. I had to use Bikini Zone to clear it up. I give it 5 stars for the fact that it does do what it says it does. I thought the pivoting head was to use on the bikini area but maybe not. Other then that for a small compact personal razor with a light you can take anywere it is great. Would buy again very happy with it.Product Review: Works great

This little trimmer is excellent for those problem areas where you don't want to use a razor. It is efficient and does the job. I can't say that the light adds much value, but as a trimmer, this one works great.
