Don't get me wrong I really like this product, however, it arrived and the light did not work. I ordered it through gohastings. It arrived very timely and they were willing to give me a refund if I wanted to ship it back. I really did not want to wait for another one, approx. 6-8 weeks, so I asked if they could send me one and I would return the one that I have in the envelope that they provide to me. They were not willing to take a chance over an $8.99 product. It seems that when I ordered it that I put my faith in them that they would deliver so I think that they should have put their faith in me that I would send the defective one back when the new one arrived.Product Review: NEW FINISHING TOUCH PRO IS THE MOST AWESUM PAINLESS HAIR REMOVER!
