We used to have all sorts of trouble with water spots and other effects of hard water, then a friend turned us on to Glass Magic. It is WONDERFUL. Recently, I've had a hard time finding it at my local store, so I ordered it on-line. There was a short period of time where I had to go without it - and the water spots came back with a vengance (even with rinsing agent)! With Glass magic, the dishes are clean, spot free, and we only have to run dishwasher cleaner 1/2 as often. Kroger's Arizona Fry's stores quit carrying Glass Magic. Without it and with Arizona's hard water my dishes will not come clean in the dishwasher -- tea and coffee stains in cups, murky film on glasses and a just feeling that nothing in the dishwasher is truly clean. I tried all the cleaners available in the stores as a replacement, nothing works. Thankfully Amazon, through TeeBop, carries Glass Magic. After the first washing using Glass Magic, the coffee stains and most of the tea stains in cups were gone. By the second washing all the stains were gone. Glass Magic is worth every penny. If you live in an area with hard water, nothing works better to get dishes clean. Even the dishwasher repair people in Arizona recommend it. Product Review: glass magic is just that..magic!

I was plagued by white film and generally unclean dishes after running the dishwasher. I was about to buy a new dishwasher when I stumbled upon this product. It is truly amazing! Our appliance repairman recommended this. Even with a water softener our glasses were filmy but this took care of it! Even better the price compared to the repairman's 2x as much!
