This really is a great product. I have battled hard water for years and have always been disappointed in how my dishwasher performed. I have tried everything and this product is the only thing that has truly worked. I add 1/4 cup to every load, in addition to a small amount of regular dry detergent and my dishes and glasses are spotless. I highly recommend this product for anyone with hard water. The only negative is that it is costly and I could only find it on-line.Product Review: Great for clear glasses!

We have very hard water where I live and my glasses came out of the dishwasher cloudy with hard water deposits! Ugh! Once I started using Finish glass magic, the hard water stains disappeared! Bought for my mom and her hard water issue - EVERYTIME she washed dishes spots were an issue. She used this the first time and found only a random spot or two; the next time, none to be seen. She now uses it intermittenly, to save on use, and this seems to be fine. If the spots return, she just begins using it more regularly. My plastic wine glasses now look clean. the inside of my dishwasher now sparkles. I could not believe what this product could do. If your dishes, plastic wear, glasses look dull ,just sprinkle a little of this in the bottom of your dish washer aand see the difference. After all the positive reviews, I expected this to help with the hard water problems. I live in an area with VERY hard water and cannot afford a softener right now. This actually made it worse. I followed the directions exactly and ended up with even more pronounced hard water spots. The bleach-like smell also remained.
