Product Review: buyer beware

under instructions from my doctor i dramatically increased the amount of calcium i was taking. My doctor also advised that I might want to take Fiber Choice as well. I had no problem with taste or with the number of taking the number of tablets sugguested. However I did not achieve the desired results. Instead I experienced had a lot of gas and was uncomfortably bloated on a regular basis (that was the only thing that was regular). I have stopped taking fiber choice, found an alternative solution and am much happier. Many people are happy with Fiber Choice--it was not right for me.Product Review: does what it claims

to me, taste & texture is much like gaviscon with mild fruit flavor.
for the past two weeks i have eaten one tablet three times a day along with my meals and about 8oz of water or whatever beverage i was drinking with the meal.
no "unfortunate" side effects, i am pleased to report.

Fiber is great for the diet in helping control hunger (at least for me). I take one or two and have a glass of water (not required, but more filling) and any hunger edge is gone. They aren't to be used for an all day alternative to eating and certainly don't fill the daily requirements for a healthy diet, but are a good addition to the diet. I found these tablets to have an extremely tolerable flavor and left little aftertaste, and they provide an adequate amount of fiber. Use caution not to take too much fiber too fast or all at once as they will give you gas.
