I've tried other products and they have less fiber and taste worse. Or they require mixing with water. These tablets are easy to chew and give you a large dose of fiber. It has helped keep me regular. The only problem is that they can make you somewhat flatulent for a few hours. About an hour after taking the tablet, the gas starts for me and then lasts for an hour or two. It doesn't bother me too much, but it might bother those who already have issues with gas.
