Product Reviews of FertiliTea: A Natural Fertility Tea BlendProduct Review: Upset! Summary: 1 Stars
I started drinking the tea on the first day of my period (26 day norm). On the day 16th of the cycle I got heavy bleeding, that is still going on, looking like a miscarriage.
I should have listened to the reviews' warnings.
Product Review: WARNING! Summary: 1 Stars
Just a warning for anyone thinking about using this product. My cycle has always been 28-35 days and about 5 days long but, since I began using this product almost a month ago, it's been crazy. I have been spotting for 13 days straight now but, still haven't started my period. My period was due 9 days ago. 3 pregnancy tests and 1 trip to the doctor confirm that I am not pregnant. I have never spotted between cycles and never been this late. I have no idea how long it will take for my body to get back onto it's slightly abnormal schedule...at least I was ovulating every month before I started drinking this tea. I didn't listen to the warnings others wrote but, hopefully this review will help others not make my mistake. This product is the only change I have made in my routine. I exercise regularly and eat healthfully.
Product Review: Worked for me! Summary: 5 Stars
I got pregnant after drinking this tea for 3 months. I'll never know if the tea was helpful or not but now that I'm close to delivery I'm glad I tried it. The taste is sort of minty, not bad tasting at all. I drank it every morning and now I have a baby boy arriving in a few weeks.
Product Review: adverse effects for me Summary: 1 Stars
I've taking the tea regularly for a few weeks. I'm sure it works well for some, but it's caused me to have a very short cycle (25 days) and an extremely heavy period with clotting (I'm on day three and I've soaked through 4 super tampons today). This is very irregular for me. I always have light period. It just doesn't seem to be right for my body, so I'm going off of it.
Product Review: ez-way to make this tea Summary: 5 Stars
I have only been using this tea for 2 weeks so don't actually know if it works. However, the most effective way to make it is this.... You will need to go to Bed Bath & Beyond and purchase a tea ball (about $3.00) and a jumbo stoneware coffee mug (about 5in diameter wide) The one I have is a brown Sango brand.
Pour 2 cups water into mug, then place on stovetop on low heat. Bring to boil, then insert tea ball with the 2 teaspoons of loose tea inside. Boil for about a minute, then turn off heat and let steep for 5 minutes. This will give you 2 servings and maximum benefits from the ingredients. Do NOT try and use a regular sized mug, though.
I clean my teaball by soaking it in vinegar every 4 days. The taste of this tea is pleasant enough. I do not add anything to it.
After trying various ways of making this tea, I've found this is the best and less hassle. Hope it helps. Best wishes TTC!!
