I do think this product is somewhat helpful in weight loss; here's why...
My appetite did disminish to some degree and I think it gave me some extra energy. What I really liked was how it affected my skin and hair, which are normally dry. My skin looks dewey and softer, and my hair is shininer, for sure. My husband even noticed my skin (he never notices anything, trust me) So, I think it's worth trying and I will order my second batch. After that, I think it will get too expensive to order every month, so I'll just try to find replacements at the health food store for cheaper. Hope this helps.

I've used the Fat Flush Kit for about a year, and the benefits I have noticed are amazing! I no longer have cravings- my blood sugar is nice and balanced, I feel like I get more energy from the food that I eat, my abdominal area is now flat, no muffin tops! My skin has also improved- I no longer need to moisturize daily, and my tan lasts forever. I'm going to continue to use this kit to keep off the weight I have lost and keep my eating habits in line!
