The week before I used FLEXCIN I could NOT go up stairs without major pain. Going down stairs was even more painfull.
I am on my third week using FLEXCIN I now can bounce up and down the stairs. Recently I went to the local high school track and ran. Had some pain but I can feel the difference and I know if I keep using FLEXCIN I will be running miles.
Great product. It has changed the way I live my life.

I have been suffering with pain in my hands, they ache all day, every day. It got so bad I had to ask my wife to open bottle caps for me (how embarrasing is THAT?), and had to give up playing golf because I couldn't grab the club tight enough to keep it from twisting when I hit the golf ball.
I saw Flexcin on the Internet, and after reading some great online reviews, I decided to try it. Even so, I didn't really believe in my heart it would help, but I figured I had nothing to lose, and taking Aleve everyday was wrecking my stomach.
After two weeks the pain started to go away, and now it is 95% completely gone. I still get a very, very minor ache during prolonged rainy periods, but that's it. I have my hands back! I played golf for the first time in 3 years last week, painlessly. I was such a skeptic, I should have tried this long, long, ago. I will be taking Flexcin from now on, believe me. This stuff is great!

My husband (58) has very bad arthritis in his hands - we live in a cabin and use logs for our winter heat - after he spends a day chopping the logs the pain in his hands are unbearable, he couldn't work again for 2 days - I put him on Flexcin CM8 a month ago - he is now able to chop the wood and not have any pain in his hands!!! He is now a strong believer and sharing the news with everyone he comes in contact with!!!Product Review: it works!

I've been taking this supplement for several months now and am happy to report that it really seems to help the bursitus in both of my hips. I feel it is a way to avoid those painful cortizone shots and taking a lot of advil each day!
I can tell when I've missed a day or two.. as the pain comes back.
I recommend this product completely! Also, I actually noticed it helping within the first few weeks I took it.
