Very helpful when you have a lot of rinsing to do. The extra 8 oz keeps from so many refills. Just be careful not to use too much pressure or you can force debris back into the deeper areas of the sinuses.Product Review: Sinus Rinse

Easier to use then a neddypot but I still prefer the neddipot. This hurt my ear once; as I was using it it reached the bottom of the bottle and just sucked air into my nostril popping my ear drum. Be careful in that regard. Love NEDDIPOT!!Product Review: Wonderful

I use the Sinus Rinse regularly and really think it helps with keeping my sinuses clear. Sometimes I feel I need more rinsing than I get from the 8 oz bottle so tried this one. Unfortunately the pressure from this 16oz bottle is not as strong as the smaller, so I have given up on this. If I need more rinsing, I just refill the small bottle and use it twice in one session.
