Ok. This watch is a bit of a disappointment. First off it came with the strap assembly broken and it took me a while to fix it
It's calorie calculation appears very manual and extremely crude. I expected the heart rate monitor to work while you exercise - but no, you need to stop exercising and press a few buttons and stand still, no talking for it to record a measurement. The reading has big error variance too
the plus side is that it is not very expensive
