I have lost weight and started running. My breasts lost their fullness so I was looking for a natural supplement that would help. I used this product with no effect. I had previously used Breast Solutions with great success but was looking for a cheaper option. It's true what they say "you get what you pay for" and that is true with this product. I actually lost all the fullness that I had gained with Breast Solutions, so had to start all over again. With Breast Solutions, you do the 3 pills twice a day for thirty days and then down to 2 pills twice a day and maintain. Very disappointed in this product.
