Within the first day of use I was completely through with cigarettes. You definately have the be in the right mental state first, then use the patches. A helpful hint though, this product is available at Wal-Mart for $21 (14 day supply). That is $1.50 a day. A pack of cigarettes cost more than that. I highly recommend this product.
