After 35 years of smoking, I tried this product and was able to quit easily. At first the lozenge was weird feeling and not particularly tasty but I stuck with it and was able to finally quit smoking. I admit that I do break the lozenge in half as they are quite large but have no complaints about them. Now, if someone out there could create a 0 mil lozenge I'd be able to quit these little babies too.
