Equate is my husband's favorite brand of lactase pills. He prefers it because of the price. Our whole family, his side and me, are lactose intolerant and we take this together. It works very well. I don't ever have to worry when I use it. Just one tablet works for me; but if I'm gorging on dairy, I might take two. We always make sure we have some in the house and in the car wherever we go.
I used to take Digestive Advantage, but I now find it much easier just to take these lactase pills with the meals. Cuts down on cost, since my husband refuses to take Digestive Advantage with me. We can buy these in bulk and share.
