I ordered this product for my Dad who uses it on a regular basis. It's been a month and the order still hasn't shipped. I'm very disappointed in Amazon.com! Will buy elsewhere next time. Walgreens sends promptly.Product Review: So great tasting, it's hard to believe it's also good for you!

Last year, I had a horrible sore throat, and I was droppping weight because it was difficult to eat anything. While I was at the drugstore waiting for my doctor's prescription to be filled, I stumbled upon Ensure. They weren't yet making this Rich Dark Chocolate flavor, so I got the milk chocolate shake flavor. Boy did that stuff save me! Thanks to the great flavor and creamy consistency, I could get it down easily and thanks to it being chockful of vitamins & minerals, I was getting my nutrition too! I started keeping a 6-pack of Ensure in my fridge all the time, and using it for a quick meal when I was on the run.
As soon as the Rich Dark Chocolate flavor came out, I grabbed it! At first, I'll be honest, I felt it had a little bit of a gritty texture and wasn't sure I was going to like it as much as the milk chocolate. But, by the time I'd finished that first 6-pack, I was sold on it, and now the milk chocolate doesn't taste chocolatey enough for me! :) My local grocery store has stopped carrying it already, so it's nice to know there are other places I can still get it!
For those new to Ensure, there are several varieties of the product for different kinds of people. If you need to GAIN weight, then you will want Ensure Plus and if you need extra protein, use Ensure High Protein. What I use is Ensure Regular.
