Product Reviews of Energizer NH22BP ACCU 9-Volt Rechargeable BatteryProduct Review: Excellent if you buy them for the right purpose Summary: 5 Stars
I use several of these for my paintball gear. It is something that is a use it or loose it type thing. They aren't designed to be used over a long term. Charge them, use them, and then recharge them before next use. They are designed to be that way. Not for a smoke detector, that is for sure. They have a higher flow rate, meaning when I put it in my paintball hopper, I know that I am good to go for the day. When I am done for the day, I just take it out and wait till the night before its next use, then charge it back up. With no fear of it failing on me the day of use. I highly suggest it for uses such as mine, or digi cams and the like. Something that requires a lot of power for a short term.
Product Review: Extremely short duration Summary: 1 Stars
I bought this 9V battery at Target and used it in my smoke detector. Now my smoke detector beeps every couple of weeks. It was really annoying. I had to constantly re-charge it. It has much shorter life than a regular 9V alkaline battery. Now I have switched back to the old alkaline 9V batteries. My final advice: don't buy this 9V NiMH rechargeable battery.
Product Review: Get a real 9 volt battery Summary: 1 Stars
This battery, like other rechargable batteries I own, is rated for 8.4 volts and I'm told is likely even less. Why not go with Maha? It's rated at over 9 volts, which for my applications (powering a headroom micro dac) makes all the difference. I can only imagine that a battery with a rating which conforms to a devices' designated power requirements, is better across the board.
Product Review: Great Battery Summary: 5 Stars
I bought two of these batteries with the Overnight Nimh Family Battery Charger, and so far the batteries have performed as expected. haven't used it enough to see if they take memory if charged to frequently but so far so good. Great product!
So now I have used this product for 5 months on a Microphone to line amplifyer and they last about 2 days on average. The batteries take 10 to 13 hours for a full charge which is pretty ridiculous! luckly I only use one at a time so I have time to charge the other one.
I would still say Great Product!
Product Review: Great batteries! Summary: 5 Stars
We use all Energizer rechargeable batteries in my house because we are conscious of the environment and these batteries are very good. I use them in my baby's monitor - the batteries go months between charges and the monitors are on all the time! Well worth the money!!
