I get a little buzz after drinking this post-hard workout. My whole body kinda lightly tingles for a few minutes. It's probably placebo/psychosomatic, but I could swear I feel my body rebuilding. I'm sure it's just a sugar high. Anyway, I do notice a MARKED decrease in muscle recovery time when I use this product. It's as big a difference as when I started supplementing Magnesium. I feel like I can lift every day when I take this (I don't though).Product Review: Sickly sweet, but works well.

Using this as a post-workout drink, my energy level's much higher than normal. I came in exhausted, spent a bit downing the shake, and within an hour was up and ready to go. Good stuff. I recommend against the "fruit punch" flavor, though... it's nauseatingly sweet (took me nearly half an hour to drink to keep from throwing it up, to be honest). So if you already have problems eating/drinking after exercise (and especially if saccharine flavors make you sick) I'd go for a different flavor. I'm just gonna suffer through it until I get another batch. If I don't update, you can assume the vanilla is much better :-DProduct Review: The Best Stuff 5 Stars
I've been using endurox as part of my endurance training for years now. No other recovery/protein product that I've used has performed as well as endurox. Recovery time is almost miraculous. I think they grind up little enchanted fairies to put in this stuff. Its also the BEST tasting protein drink I have ever used.Product Review: The government should put this in our water.

This really works. I'm incredibly grateful for it. It makes a huge difference after my workouts. I work all day then head for the gym, and with this I get my energy back right after the work out and don't go home as sore as I used to. Its helped me make gains too. Everyone should use this.
