I do a lot of running training (10K's, 1/2 marathons, marathons), and I've done 2 rounds of P90X, and I definitely feel the difference when I do not take a recovery drink. That said, there are many options for you out there, but this product is pretty widely used and even mentioned in some popular running (i.e. - Jeff Galloway) books. I think it is safe to say a lot of people like this product. I've only tried the tangy orange and the lemon-lime. I really like tangy orange, it's a lot like Tang. The lemon-lime taste is kind of like lime Jello. I think the lemon-lime flavor is bearable, but it's not my favorite. Otherwise, I love this product! The price here on Amazon is slightly cheaper than places like Vitamin Shoppe or GNC.Product Review: Great Recovery Drink!

I've been using this product occasionally for about a year now, and I have to say that it is a superb recovery drink. Last summer I began experimenting with recovery approaches after long days (6-8 hours) spent climbing at high altitude. Taking Endurox immediately after I returned to the car from my climbs gave me quite a bit more energy and less soreness the following day, compared to no recovery regime or drinking fluids like Gatorade. Now I use it after long mountain bike rides with the same extremely positive results. I really like the taste of the Fruit Punch, though I tend to mix 2 scoops with 15oz of water, rather than the 12oz recommended on the label - this seems to give it just the right sweetness and consistency for me. The drink goes down very easily just after exercise, even when I couldn't take food. Also, similar to another reviewer, I've come to crave the taste during a ride... something about the conditioning of a nice reward after a long workout? Hard to say, but I strongly recommend this product to anyone looking for a solid exercise revocery regime that gives you more energy and less soreness the next day.Product Review: Great drink

I love this stuff. Has made a huge difference on my recovery and energy levels. Currently working the P90X workout and absolutely needed this to get through it. Taste is great and is super easy to mix. 5 seconds in a blender and poured over ice.Product Review: Great for swimmers too

I'm training for a 20k swim so I swim plenty of yards/meters/miles per day. I swim for at least 1.5 hours 5 days/week, then go to work. If I don't drink this recovery drink afterwards, I'm falling asleep at my desk. I haven't really tried other recovery drinks yet, but this one definitely works. My husband and I drink this recovery drink after doing the P90X workouts. We did not use it the first couple of weeks of the program and then started drinking it about 3 weeks into the program. We are now at 7 weeks and can really feel the difference drinking the recovery drink after our workouts. We have more energy and are not as sore. We bought the fruit punch flavor and it is very good tasting. We workout in the mornings and it is very refreshing after our workout.
