After years of waxing and plucking I think this is great! There was NO pain and it gets most hair. I had to pluck 2 after using this item but it was way better then plucking for half an hour then missing tons....The trick is to pull skin tight then go for it.....I can't believe all the people saying it hurts so bad....they must not wax or pluck one at a time. LOL I think it is great and would say it is a GREAT buy!
