Emetrol has worked on some of my absolute worst hangovers/the death flu when I couldn't keep anything down, not even Gatorade or water. It's a pretty pleasant cherry syrup-- take some, then no water or food for a little while until your stomach settles. Works pretty quickly, which is great when you are so sick that every minute feels like an hour. It doesn't cure anything, just stops the nausea. I'd highly recommend having a bottle on hand just in case, because who wants to go out and get some when you're that ill.
