I, like many, many women had terrible monthly cycles. I could write a novel on how horrible they were, but I am sure if you are reading this yours are just as bad if not worse so I will refrain from further details on that! However, I must explain why this product is so wonderful for me and will be for you as well. I have just recently hit my 40's and I had a few perimenopausal months which wreaked havoc on me so I started researching and found I had some thyroid issues as well. So, I started on a thyroid vitamin cocktail consisiting of B and D vitamins as well as Thyrotrophin and Thyrosol. For about a year I was fine, but then I started having those horrible periods and some memory issues. Also, the dreaded weight gain. I just happened to be reading a women's magazine when the article of Emerita Pro-Gest appeared. Well, I am a skeptic about "miracle anything", but had to give this a try. THANK YOU magazine article!!!! I've been using for 2 months now and I have had the best cycles I have ever had! Easy 5 days...much lower/less flow, no bloat, no headaches, grogginess, memory loss...NOTHING! I did have a few cramps a few days before my period which I had never had before, but hey, I'll take that! I use a teaspoon or so in the AM and again in the PM. Always on my stomach, no skin reactions. I am so happy with this product I tell everyone about it and I have signed up for automatic delivery. Try this cream. I can't say enough wonderful things about this cream! I've told every woman on our floor (I work in a Hospital) about Pro-Gest! I haven't had a real normal period for over a year. My uhoo was so dry, it felt like a piece of sandpaper inside. HOT FLASHES! OMG, I was suddenly sooooo hot I thought I would explode! By accident, I watched my face in the mirror one day while I was having a Flash. My face went from normal pale coloring to bright red in a matter of seconds. I had no idea that this was visible. Sleep, haaaa, What sleep? If I could get to sleep, I would wake up and throw off the covers. I would stand in front of the fan, turn the air up (south Texas) and think I was simply going to die. I NEVER went anywhere without having a hair scrunchie on my arm. Hot flash and the hair went immediately into a poney tail! I had been looking forward to menopause! but surely not THIS! It was a nightmare! Intimacy with my partner was impossible. He was NOT happy!
I decided to give this a try. Just a pea size application of Pro-Gest twice a day as directed rotating the application sites. Within 3 days I was noticing the hot flashes had dimished and after 2 weeks, I had a short little period. I thought that this might happen. I also bought Dr John Lee's book: "Hormone Balance Made Simple" This seemed to coincide with his explanation that "some women may notice that after a week or two of progesterone some vaginal bleeding may occur due to their own estrogen. This is due to the perisitence of estrogen production, which will diminish over time."
I am no longer dry, having hot flashes or an insomniac. I just feel so much better. It does have a bit of a different odor at first, but once the cream dries, I don't notice it at all. It's a like a miracle in a tube. I hope this improvement contiues, cause I don't want to go back to being the crazy hot mama I was before!

I had been having migrains, dizziness, memory loss and confusion for about two years and decided to retire. Went to many doctors - no help or ideas. Twice two prescriptions sent me to the hospital. Nothing worked. Last year my daughter suggested I try Pro-gest for my headaches. About five days later I realized that my dizziness and confusion were gone and over time my headaches were deminished. Imagine, my daughter is smarter than 5 specialty MD's. As long as I remember to use my cream I have no probablems except for some migrains
I have a life worth living again.

I read Dr. Lee's book 12 years ago, "What most Doctors won't tell you about pre-menopause".(the title may not be exact) The back cover was describing me at 40 yrs old. I have been using a dob every morning, rub on thin skin, eg, inner arms inner thighs, breasts. I was having tender breast syndrome. In less than a week it went away, I also started feeling drier, my hair, my eyes, during sex. It immediately took care of that problem. Now I have finished menopause. Not a single symptom, no mood swings, no heavy periods, NO HOT FLASHES!! no screaming banchi (spelling). I have bought 4 books and keep lending them out, I never get them back. Also if you read his book it will tell you that this will conteract Bone loss. So with a definate 2 thumbs up!! with 5 Stars, I do recommend this product to every woman.
