Product Review: Best Progesterone Product

I've done quite a bit of research and found that this product is often recommended by the health professionals that believe in progesterone supplementation. I am 51 years old and have used it for about a year and I feel better. Not sure if it's the power of suggestion or if this stuff really works, but I'm assuming this stuff really works! Plus, it's paraben free, which is important, and it isn't derived from yam extract. I'm giving it 4 stars since the effectiveness of the product is subjective, and not scientific.Product Review: Bio-identical hormone replacement

Excellent if you need a little support from progesterone. Getting estrogen, progesterone & testosterone blood levels drawn before starting replacement therapy helps you know which direction, as well as how far, you need to go with which hormone. And Pro-Gest can help balance hormones out so you feel more like yourself.
Amazon delivers Pro-Gest quickly, and the price is quite reasonable.

This stuff has changed my life!!!
I am off antidepressant, off antianxiety meds, off sleeping pills. Pro-Gest is a miracle. I am extremely frustrated that doctors don't/won't discuss BIHRT because of money, pharmaceutical companies, patenting, etc etc. That is REALLY sad. Thank God I took my health into my own hands otherwise my doctor would still be wanting me to try different and more pills. I was EXTREMELY moody with horrible PMS, PMDD, breast tenderness, cramps, weight gain, and 10-day heavy periods as well as I was exhausted all day but with insomnia at night.
Since starting Pro-Gest, I am in a GREAT mood, my PMS is very minimal, PMDD is gone, breast tenderness is minimal, cramps gone, I've lost 6 pounds, periods are normal and now only 5 days, and I have tons of energy all day and sleep perfectly fine and deep at night.
Pro-Gest is amazing.
Product Review: Cautionary tale about side effects

I do not want to dispute the efficacy of this product, I think it probably works well for helping with menopausal symptoms. I am giving this a one star because of the side effects that I experienced. I am certain this would not be true for everyone, but using this on a daily basis gave me a racing heart beat and "heart palpitations". These really freaked me out. They didn't come on right away, but took about a month's use. They seemed to appear primarily after meals, and again when I went to bed. At first I thought I was becoming allergic to something, maybe wheat gluten, maybe something else. When a dietary change had no effect, I re-examined what I might have changed over the last couple of months, and stopped using the cream. It took several days to return to more normal. I searched the Internet for others who had similar symptoms and found just a very little information about these types of side effects from using progesterone cream. Good luck to you, if it works for you. Please research the ingredient that is often used as a replacement for parabens, "Phenoxyethanol."

Please do not use this cream with such a toxic ingredient!
I just found out about Phenoxyethanol and its toxicity, looked through my Kiss My Face, Alba, and Jason (all same company) lotions, soaps, deodorant, etc., and found that they all have Phenoxyethanol. Not only did I contact the company and inform them that I will use those products again when they have removed Phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycine ([...]), but that I threw away all of their products in my home as they all contain these horrific toxins, and that I was going to tell everyone I know, globally, about what I found out, to help them better protect themselves.
