I am 29 and I was on the BC pill for 10 years and have been off for 7 months. My PMS has gone from nothing being on the pill from being a basket case. In the last 4 months I have cramps for 2 weeks of every cycle, anxiety, stress case, moody, etc... every PMS symptom times 10. I ordered this cream as a last resort and I use it after I ovulate until 14 days after. I feel amazing. I use it 1/2 tsp morning an then another 1/2tsp at night and i finally feel normal again.Product Review: Admission

I got this progesterone to improve my PMS symptoms. I was a demon before my period. And I admit that I bought this product on the assumption that I'll just use the product according to directions and become a happier woman. But you really have to do your research. Not scaling it to the appropriate amount for YOUR body can leave you feeling no better and possibly worse off than before. Synthetic or bioidentical progesterone will build up in your fat and takes months for it to clear out. I used the recommended amount for 2 weeks and figured it worked pretty good. Then the next month I didn't feel any better when I started it up again. Now I don't use it at all. Better sleep and better eating improved my mood exponentially. Common sense stuff, but hey, you live and you learn. I'm not saying don't use this stuff, just be cautious about how much you use and how often and think about changing up your habits.Product Review: Amazing

This was my last-ditch effort before seeing my doctor about something to help with the mood swings, and I am not disappointed. I recently started the "peri-menopausal" hot flashes at night and was desperate for relief. After searching the net I thought I would give progesterone cream a try. Age 42 and after years of heavy bleeding, a month of light, followed by another month of light that continued for weeks. As I have always been regular and never had breakthough bleeding, I thought "What the ????" Three days after starting pro-gest, about 1/16 tsp twice a day, the irregular bleeding stopped completely!
I highly recommend for hormone balance during perimenopause!
