This product is great. I'm 53 and I feel so much better and more energetic since I have started using it. I drank it 4 times a day to get over a case of the flu. This product was bought for me by a friend, while i was suffering from a Nasty head cold, none of the store bought cold meds were working for me, then i started taking the emergen-c packets, 2 a day and felt SOOO much better within a day & my cold was gone after 2.
