A couple of years ago, with everyone around me at work sick, I wanted to find something to boost my system. I was told about this product and started using it religiously at the time. I do think it helps and I also believe it cannot hurt by adding the product to your system. I have tried most of the flavors and personally think TANGERINE is the best. Even easier to take and better flavored than Orange. I never get other flavors anymore. Highly recommend this product for quick boost of Vitamin C!!
