My 80 year old mother has a potassium definency and a few joint problems with arthritis. After taking the Emergen-C joint health for a month she has greatly noticed an improvement of her movement. This is good stuff for athletes. The vitamins and antioxidants help with your recovery and immunity. The glucosamine helps to strengthen your knees and prevent injuries. The product that I bought came in the same blue box that you find at Trader Joe's. Shop around, sometimes Amazon has a good price on this item; sometimes not.
