Product Review: Formerly fine product sold out to China

Remember when the box proudly stated the product was made in the USA? That is no longer the case, my friends. Despite our faltering economy, Emergen-C moved production of their once-fine product to China, where we all know the standards of food inspection are decidedly sub-par. A friend of mine recommended the plain Emergen-C packets in raspberry flavor as an aide to fight colds. While searching for them on the web, I came across this version, which also has chondroitine and glucosamine to help joints. While I cannot tell for sure if there has been any benefits for my joints, I can say that I have not caught any more colds since I started taking one of these every morning (I used to catch all the colds my two year old brought home from her school), so I think I will keep buying these.Product Review: Good, but not as soluble as other flavors

I'm a big fan of Emergen-C, but it's my experience that the Tangerine flavor doesn't dissolve as effectively as the other flavors. I have no explanation why, but I've consistently gotten heavy clumping with this flavor. I assume the composition of the powder is different, but I get big clumps whether I put it in before or after the liquid.
The Wally World near my house now only stocks this flavor, sadly.

I travel weekly for work, and struggle with finding healthy drink options in airports. There's water, but aside from that, you drink soda or alcohol. I was buying these Emergen-C packets at the airport for $1 each - and here they are for less than 30 cents! Great deal. I carry a handful in my bag along with a metal drinking bottle, so I can fill it up inside security and have a tasty and healthy drink.Product Review: Great stuff

I've been using this for years now. I work out regularly and use this to replenish my vitamins and minerals. It's also a good way to keep the immune system active and the extra glucosamine and chondroitin is an added benefit. Very happy.
