Product Review: This beats flu-shots and doctors - works every single time!

I was in Switzerland visiting a friend who was pregnant, she was the one telling me about the vitamin pack to prevent a cold, which was critical for her at the time. Of course it was a different brand and it was very pricey, considering Swiss medication is the best and most expensive. After I returned this is the closest thing I found in the states, only sold at Walgreens for a physical store, anyway. The taste is not too great but not horrible either, the reason you take it is to beat the cold when you have the first sign of sore throat or running nose, so really I don't care about how it tastes honestly. It worked for me, every single time, and for my boyfriend, and another friend. We usually take some with us when we travel, and it saved another cold while we were in Brazil just this past week - it beats taking a flu-shot or visiting the doctor. All in all, for all the trouble and pain you go through being sick and the money you pay the doctors, this is dirt cheap with guaranteed results.Product Review: This stuff tastes HORRIBLE!

The only reason I'm giving this two stars is because it really works. Someone earlier said that this is the only flavor that works - wrong. Maybe for that person, but for this person, they all work equally well. This flavor just happens to be NASTY! I can't even open the envelope without gagging. It stinks. And then, it doesn't mix/dissolve very well. Every time you burp, you get a terrible aftertaste - and when you're sick, this doesn't help much.
Emergen-C is awesome! Just steer clear of this flavor.

i have a really bad cold and a runny nose. so i thought drinking some emergency would help. so i bought this flavor, thinking it would taste great...i was DEAD WRONG
most horrible flavor ive ever tasted. leaves the nastiest aftertaste too. and even when you try to wash that taste away, you get it again every time you burp. and yes. it smells like some kind of nuclear gas or something. really... its not pleasant. but it does work. just dont get this flavor...

I have to laugh because I used all the other flavors and formulas of the emergen-c and never liked the other flavors. I really like this one. That puts me in the minority on these reviews. Whatever the flavor doesn't matter much because this really really works!!
