Customer Review: Careful with the wording of the ad regarding sizing

It looks like a really nice product. But the one they sent me says "XS - Small Elbow" on the tag.
There is no way this would fit the average guy. I can't even get it around my arm with the ice packs inside.
The copy on the Amazon page says:
"Elbow Wrap Universal Size"
"One Size fits most"
Both statements aren't correct.
But like I said, if this were the correct size, this would be the exact product I'm looking for. It seems really well made.
