I'm nervous to purchase this item due to it's size. I'm a 32" waist and a 36"-52" might be extremely large and heavy. Any advice?Product Review: The best for cold compresses

I have yet to try it hot, so I can't speak to that side of it's claim, but it is heaven as a cold compress. It does not get hard in the freezer and does not get too cold either, it is just right to wrap around a strained joint or muscle and it stays cold for a long time. I first experienced it in a physical therapy place; where it was the last thing they did to my knee after the intense workout. I came to find it almost orgasmic. In short, great cold.
