I was really disappointed in this shoulder wrap. First of all it doesn't tell you the size and I wasn't given the option of ordering a size and in this case one size does not fit all. it is very clumsy to get on your shoulder. If it fit better it might work better. I prefer the one piece wrap that I already have. I just throw it over my shoulder and let it lie there. The shoulder wrap might stay colder a little longer but it really is hard to put it together and make it stay on. Not worth the price. I purchased this through Amazon
