Ingredients: CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove the outside cover and hand wash in cold water and mild soap. Hang up to dry. Wipe the white inner cover with a damp (not wet) cloth using mild soap or disinfectant. Allow the product to fully air dry before continuing to use.

This is a poorly fitting product and impossible to put on alone. It does not stay in position well. Attempts to return this product were a joke with the co. not returning e-mail. Their web site states no returns on hot/cold products. I should have checked before ordering.Buyer beware!!!

Used to offer hot or cold therapy to either the left or right shoulder and will conform to any size shoulder. The tough, flexible gel will not leak if punctured and the 4-way stretch material will help ensure product durability and effective therapy and pain management. Like the other Elasto-Gel products, this can be put in the microwave for heating or in the freezer for cooling. Stays soft and pliable, even at -20 F. Provides 20-40 minutes of treatment per application. One Size Fits All. Perfect for clinical use. Elasto-gel product # 9001 This item is Not Returnable once used. The Elasto-GelTM shoulder products are perfect for the hard to treat contoured areas of the shoulder, upper and lower arm, upper chest and upper back areas. The product is universal for left or right injuries. The user may perform a series of arm movements or exercises while wearing the shoulder product as it is totally flexible and held comfortably in place.
