Product Review: constant targeted ice (or heat)

I had minor knee surgery a couple years back and have had slight discomfort in my knee ever since. especially after a long workout. Filling and ice pack, sitting in one place, and holding it against my knee for at least 30 minutes several times a week seemed unconventional. This knee wrap made the process so much easier. I simply leave it in my freezer and when needed, i wrap it around my knee. I don't need to be sitting in one place either with my hands tied holding it in place. My only complaint is with the material inside the wrap. It seems to shift around too easily deforming the shape of the wrap. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the product.Product Review: good wrap!

This wrap holds the cold very well. Only criticism I have is that the velcro straps stick to every part of the wrap and make it difficult to deal with.Product Review: medium quality

The inside cushion keeps shifting and this complicates putting the wrap over my knee. Other than that the cold works and keeps the pain down for 15-20 minutes. Cost-reward ratio is expensive.
