This is perfect for recovering from knee surgery. I'm told the swelling lasts a long time after a replacement, and the knee generates alot of heat while healing. Which I've found is very true. This is perfect to use when I get home from work. I can ice and make dinner at the same time. I use it in the car too, since there is no mess to contend with. I will definitely keep these in mind for other areas of need. Thanks for the well made product, it's already getting lots of good use.

Used to provide hot or cold therapy to the knee and will conform to fit better due to the patellar hole in the gel portion of the wrap. The tough, flexible gel will not leak if punctured and the 4-way stretch material will help ensure product durability and effective therapy and pain management. Like the other Elasto-Gel products, this can be put in the microwave for heating or in the freezer for cooling. Stays soft and pliable, even at -20 F.
