I bought a new dishwasher that recommended rinse aid, so I naturally went to Ecover since I love their dishwashing tablets. If I open my dishwasher within a few hours of the completed cycle, there is no residue. If I let it sit overnight closed up, there is a slight film until my dinnerware dries off completely. It's not thick and I have never felt the need to rewash out of disgust. Just letting you know!
I am still 100% satisfied with the rinse aid, and will definitely continue using it.
