We purchased the cards for some elderly bridge players who have vision problems. Unlike the photo shown above with a red A and a diamond under the A (i.e., the ace of diamonds), on the cards we got the suit was not visible under the A, K, Q, J, 10, etc. Players would have to spread the cards quite a bit (difficult with a hand of 13 cards) to see the suit in the center of each card.
