In order to avoid getting dizzy, you must fill this up with warm water. Sometimes, the shock of cold water will make you vomit or woozy. You'll also need someone to actually blast the water inside of your ear. It's really difficult to do it on your own which is why I'm only giving it 4 stars. I also recommend that you slightly tilt your head to the side towards that ear where you are using this syringe (as if to rest your head on your shoulder). That way, water will run inside your ear, but because of gravity, it will come back down. This thing really works! The pressure of the water will actually cleanse all that junk in your ear. after a trip to the NRA Nationals I used ear plugs all day , the wax in my ear submerged even deeper than usual.I mixed olive oil , hydrogen peroxide and warm water . I blasted my ear 3 times and nothing came out and I don't know where the first syringe of water went I guess in my already hollowed head .Needless to say my ears are still stopped up and I can hardly hear the final Big East tournament , my favorite American Olympic Blue Devil coach and Dick Vital hoop and hollar, maybe I'll go to my Dad's house where he really cranks the volume on the TV.
The product may be good for normal people but I've never been normal.
