I bought this product in times of desperation and I'm glad I did! I've had ear wax problems for years. This syringe cleared wax blockage that dated 1/2 a year old. Even drops have not come close to this! The water shoots wax out of your ear so be careful to catch it in the sink. Use warm water. That's important. Also tilt your head while you do it. I have had no nausea problems but be careful. I like this product because you can use all the force you have and all the water you have, and it's impossible to harm your inner ear! Didn't even come close to cleaning my ears. If you have dense ear wax then I wouldn't recommend this. The indirect spray was not effective on my ears.Product Review: Does exactly what it's suppose to.

I've always suffered with excess ear wax in my right ear. Usually 2-3 times a year my right ear would get blocked and I would be unable to hear out of it.
Bought this product and was amazed how quickly it worked. Only took 3 ear flushes to clear my right. I did it 2 more times just to get any extra ear wax out. I also used it 3 times in my other ear to just clear that one out of any excess wax.
This product works great and since the water shoots out onto your ear canal wall and not directly into your ear theres no chance of hurting you ear drum. I was squirting the water full force and did not get dizzy or feel any pain. It was fast, easy and almost refreshing.
Now I can hear perfectly again and will continue to use this syringe anytime my ears get clogged. If your looking into this item I strongly suggest you give it a try.

As several studies have shown, you get best results with 10 -15 minutes of ear wax removal drops then the syringe. My preferred drops are Murine Ear Drops .5 fl oz (15 ml) brand. I find chewing gum while using the drops helps coat the wax thoroughly. Every time you use the syringe, the three holes line up differently, cleaning different parts of the canal. When I have a painful impaction, it usually takes 2- 4 cups of warm water before the syringe removes the last of the blockage.
I have been using this syringe for a few years now. As far as I can tell, the three streams of water are acute to the side of the ear canal, bounce off causing turbulence, then mix with each other causing further turbulence. Using a similar principal, the new generation of heatless bathroom hand dryers use high velocity and turbulence to dry with less energy. This uses the principal to clean more with the same syringe pressure.
