Like already stated by previous reviewers, this product works well in conjunction with ear wax removal drops. I tried using the syringe without using drops and it didn't work for me. I get wax buildup deep within my ear which may have been a problem. Anyway, I tried using some generic ear wax removal drops from Rite Aid first, and then after about ten minutes I tried using the syringe again, and it worked.
